I just spent a week travelling around Northern Italy. This is a brief rundown of my trip. I’m super excited with how it went and I can’t wait to share all the material I got with you, from city guides, to how to budget a trip and of course food. I’ve got something for everyone.
Day 1, I travelled by train north of Milan to the town of Como, set on the edge of Lake Como.

Day 2, i took the train down to Modena. Home of Ferrari, Luciano Pavarotti and balsamic vinegar.

Day 3, onto Bologna.

Day 4, the magical Florence.

Day 5, Pisa and it’s leaning tower.

Day 6, Cinque Terre, all 5 villages.

Day 7, from Genova i went down to Camogli before heading up to Milan.

Day 8 a few hours in Milan, before heading home.

It was a really incredible week. A rare chance to see some of the countries highlights without them being super crowded. It’s the first time I went travelling as a blogger and it really helped me focus on what I was seeing. I will be releasing material twice a week, hopefully I have enough to last until the next trip. The question is where next?
You certainly packed in plenty in a week.
